The Board of Directors of the Airport provides oversight and leadership to the District. The Board is comprised of five members with various backgrounds, offering a wide range of experience and perspectives to every topic. Following are the current Board members with contact information.

The Truckee Tahoe Airport District's Board of Directors typically meets in the Airport Terminal building, Community Room at 10356 Truckee Airport Rd., Truckee on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 4:30pm. Board meeting dates may change. Please check the website on a regular basis.

This is a combined Nov-Dec meeting and is the last regular monthly airport board meeting in 2024. This will also be the last meeting for retiring Board President Rick Stephens. We thank Rick for his years of public service!

The public is invited to attend the Airport Board's meetings. Meetings are held in-person only at the airport terminal building community room at 10356 Truckee Airport Rd., Truckee, CA.

The District posts all written public comments, without edits or redactions, as an attachment to the online Board Materials within 24 hours after the scheduled Board Meeting has taken place. This means that any business or personal information including the correspondence such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and telephone numbers will be visible to the public. Submit only information you wish to make available publicly.

No action will be taken at the meeting on any business not appearing on the posted agenda except as permitted by Government Code Section 54954.2.
