An Airport Committed to Providing Community Benefits
The Truckee Tahoe Airport District is unique in many ways. One of which is our commitment to providing community benefits to the non-pilot stakeholders. We understand that many of our visitors and constituents will never step foot in a plane and it is our challenge to provide benefits to this majority sector of the population. We believe that the airport is a regional asset and as such should be proactive in serving residents and visitors to the area.
We are proud to serve the community in the following ways:
- Host community events like the AirShow and Family Festival
- Provide an on site playground
