SURROUNDING AIRFIELD GROUNDS FUELS REDUCTION & BOULDER REMOVAL

Project Description: Mastication of vegetative areas and boulder removal. On going year over year project. Purpose - expands emergency landing areas, keeps wildlife further away from runways, provides wildfire breaks and fuels reduction.
Impact Areas: Airfield grounds areas surrounding runways. *Caution: May create dusty events. Do not approach equipment while operating, there is a potential for flying rocks and debris.

Project Description: Fog sealing and striping multiple areas around the airfield
Impacted / Closed Airport Areas:
8 May (0800-0900L):
All runways will close for 1 hour for painting of the runway 02/20 & 11/29 intersection.
6-9 May (continuous):
RWY 02/20 will be closed for ‘fog sealing’ (sealing the entire runway surface).
Fog Seal will not fully dry during the nighttime; hence full 02/20 closure during this window.
13 May (0700-1900L):
Alpha-Hotel hangar row asphalt stripe painting.
This is a fast-drying paint, should be no more than 20 min delay in front of any hangars.
Ramp circles in front of terminal will also getting painted, same fast drying paint.
13-17 May (0700-1900L):
RWY 02/20 will close for painting daily.

TAXIWAY ALPHA

Project Description: The project entails reconstructing the asphalt Alpha parallel taxiway from the intersection with Echo (in front of the terminal building) going west to the run-up area for Runway 11. Taxiways Charlie and Delta will also be reconfigured. A new connector bridge between taxiways Quebec and Tango will be constructed.
Impacted Areas:
Taxiways A,C,D,E & T and the RWY 11 Run up. The western half of parallel taxiway Alpha will be closed. An alternate route will be designated for aircraft using hangars in Lima, Mike, November and Papa hangar rows on the new Quebec-Tango taxiway connector bridge, completed on June 11, 2021. Tower authorized back taxiing may be required at times on runway 11-29 during construction. RWY 11-29 may experience intermittent closures. Restrictions will be in place for aircraft with wingspans of 73' and greater. PILOTS CHECK NOTAMS for TRK/KTRK.

PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION HANGAR ROW LIMA AND TAXIWAY TANGO

Project Estimated Completion Date: Friday, October 9, 2020 (restriping scheduled for Oct 12, 2020, minimal tenant impact)
Project Description: Reconstruct ~57,600 sq.ft. of asphalt at hangar row Lima and taxiway Tango.
Impacted Areas: All hangars in rows Lima, Mike, November and Papa. Aircraft in these hangar rows will need to seek alternate parking on the ramp. Access to hangar row Lima will be foot traffic only. Vehicles stored in hangar row Lima will not be able to be moved. All tenants should plan accordingly. The TTAD board is expected to give final project approval at the September 23, 2020 meeting. Impacted Areas: Short durations with redirected traffic when needed.

RUNWAY 29 BLASTPAD

Project Description: The project entails reconstructing the blastpad area (approach end) of Runway 29. A runway blastpad is a surface near the end of the runway provided to the reduce erosive effect of jet blast and prop wash on the surrounding surfaces. The area is typically covered by chevron markings.
Impacted Areas:
