Term 12/13/2022 - 12/04/2026Director Hetherington has lived in Truckee since 1990. She has a consulting civil/environmental engineering business and has been involved with infrastructure projects since graduating from U.C. Berkeley. She treasures this region and is grateful for the people and the environment that make this community special.
