Golf / Hotel Repavement Project Starts May 02, 2016

To: All Golf and Hotel Row Hangar Tenants From: Truckee Tahoe Airport Operations
TTAD has contracted for drainage, base and pavement work to be completed this May/June on BOTH sides of the Golf row and along the Hotel row of hangars. This is a major construction project that will take up to two months and displace all affected hangar tenants.
ALL GOLF AND HOTEL ROW HANGAR TENANTS WILL BE IMPACTED!
Please take note of the following:
• Remove all items you want to have access to by Sunday, May 1, 2016
• Construction is scheduled to start on Monday, May 2, 2016
• Estimated completion date is Thursday, June 30, 2016
Hangar rents and utility fees will be waived for Golf and Hotel row tenants during the construction period (two months). Tenants that have already paid their annual hangar rent payment will receive appropriate credit towards their Truckee Tahoe Airport account balances.
There will be NO aircraft or vehicle access to the hangars during construction. Foot traffic to the hangar will also be restricted or halted during certain phases of construction. The general contractor onsite will have ultimate control of access to the hangars during the construction period.
Planes and vehicles (cars, RV’s, boats, etc...) that will be used/needed during the construction period must be removed from the hangars by Sunday, May 1, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
We regret that there are NO alternate hangar options available for displaced Golf or Hotel row tenants at the KTRK Field. There will be FREE aircraft ramp parking for displaced aircraft registered to affected hangars on the East and/or South ramps during construction.
If you have a passenger vehicle under 21' that you will need access to, please contact airport staff for a FREE long-term parking permit for the duration of the construction period.
Hangars will at times be required to be opened (by Construction & Operations staff) and will be exposed to construction dust. Items left in the hangars may get dusty.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but know you will like the finished results in your hangar row taxi-lanes.
