Congrats Hardy Bullock, A.A.E.

Aug 20, 2020

Congratulations Hardy Bullock, Director of Aviation & Community Services at KTRK and noe the aviation industry's newest A.A.E. (Accredited Airport Executive). We are all proud of his major accomplishment!

Hardy fulfilled all of the American Association of Airport Executives' A.A.E. candidate requirements and passed his final panel interviews. There are currently just under 500 certified A.A.E.'s across the U.S.managing the nations's airports, with an ongoing strong demand for qualified airport managers!

As of 2019, there are 5,080 "public use" airports, heliports and seaplane bases across the United States and over 14,400 private-use runways. Of the 5,080 "public-use" airports, 3,330 are identified in the FAA's National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS). The NPIAS includes all commercial service airports, all reliever airports and selected public-owned general aviation airports. Your Truckee Tahoe Airport is considered a publicly owned "Regional General Aviation Airport".
