Airport No Longer Clearing Martis Dam Rd.

With maintained winter access to the new Martis Valley Trailhead, the Truckee Airport District will no longer be clearing Martis Dam Road for public access. The Northstar Community Services District (NCSD) under contract with Placer County will be clearing the Martis Valley Trailhead and trails, (off Hwy 267, right across from the Martis Dam Rd). The trailhead has parking for up to 30 vehicles, covered seating, bathrooms and garbage receptacles. NCSD will plow the trail all the way to Autumn Way connecting to the Town's Legacy trail system.
