Golf Hotel Project Postponed

Hello All,

Due to delays with the F.A.A. Grant Funding process out of San Francisco, I have to regrettably inform everyone involved, that the proposed Golf/Hotel rows drainage improvement and repaving project, originally scheduled for this summer, will be postponed until the summer 2016 construction season.

Though the F.A.A. had earlier this spring approved the project's cost estimates and time lines we provided, we will not receive the Federal Grant agreements until September 15, 2015. We had determined earlier that due to the weather window, September 01, 2015 was the latest that we could start the project. The good news is that we will receive $3.5 million for Airport Improvement Projects all to be completed next summer.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to Golf and Hotel row tenants, but the funding delay was out of our control. In recognition of this inconvenience, I am waiving the entire September rent for all Golf and Hotel tenants, (both those that chose to stay put and those that relocated to temporary hangars).

We would like those Golf Row tenants that relocated to temporary hangars to move back into their original hangars, and return their temporary hangar keys (2), by 5:00pm, Sunday, September 13, 2015. If for any reason you cannot move out of your temporary hangar by that date, please notify Marc Lamb or Denae Granger in Administration to make other arrangements.

If for whatever reason you would now prefer to stay permanently in your "temporary" hangar and give up your Golf row hangar, please also let us know by the September 13th deadline. The usual $50. hangar transfer fee will be waived.
