Runway Cameras
One of eleven solar powered runway cams at KTRK. Cameras are used to record airport flight operations data & monitor our Fly Quiet programs. The cameras will eventually mitigate our POS (Point of Sale), "Transient Use Fee" system, similar to that now used on the automated Golden Gate Bridge toll system. As part of our "Good Neighbor" policy, the cameras are also used in conjunction with our Vector and MLAT (flight tracking) systems to monitor compliance with our NAP's (Noise Abatement Procedures)!
