WOB Ground Breaking

KTRK's official ground breaking for the "WOB" (Warehouse Office Building) facility took place on Wednesday 10.07.2015 at 11 am under clear blue Tahoe autumn skies. The event was attended by representatives from: Nevada County, Clear Capital, local Architectural & Engineering Firms, Legal Counsel, Airport Board Members and Airport Administrative Staff. The 12,000 sf facility will be located on the corner of Truckee Airport Rd. and Chandelle Way. Clear Capital, and Hertz Rental Car Agency, plus a yet to be determined 2nd rental car agency will be occupying the new WOB fall 2016. (Photo by: Greyson Howard)
