The Truckee Tahoe Airport District has a community service opportunity. The Airport Community Advisory Team (ACAT) is seeking two new community representatives to serve for a term of three years. The mission of this group is to reduce community annoyance while enhancing the benefit of the Airport for the community at large. 

This Board appointed position requires knowledge of, and a passion to contribute to the Truckee Tahoe community. The ACAT is a six member volunteer group that is divided into three community representatives and three pilot members. ACAT members typically meet in the Airport Terminal building on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:15 a.m.

4. Enjoy critical thinking and dynamic problem solving
5. Yearn to understand how an airport fits into a busy resort community
6. Have a love for the Truckee Tahoe region, its character, and the people who live, work and play here.
