"Project Graduation" kicked off their surprise safe and sober graduation festivities at the Truckee Tahoe Airport with just over 100 local Truckee High School 2021 graduates enjoying music, dancing, airplane fly overs and a fireworks show! After the fireworks the graduates headed to the Riverview Sports Park for more fun night-long celebrations!
Thank you to Marcy Thompson and the parent volunteers, Truckee Fire, Truckee Rec and Park, TTUSD, Truckee Airport Board of Directors and Staff, Truckee Air Traffic Control, Mountain Lion Aviation, and every member of Crux Events, Silent Night Lighting, and Eastern Sierra Sweeping and each pilot who took the time to volunteer and make the night special. Job well done!
