Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The Truckee Tahoe Airport as part of its on-going Sustainability Campaign, has just installed two -ChargePoint+ electric vehicle charging stations in the terminal building's main parking lot. 

The stations are available 7am - 9pm daily.  The first two hours are free, then a $3/hr fee is charged. The stations went live on 12/20/23.

The stations located across from the playground area at 10356 Truckee Airport Rd.,  will allow up to four vehicles to be charge at the same time. Each of the -Chargepoint+ pedestal has an 80 amp service rating.  One car can charge at 80 amps, or if two are plugged in simultaneously, 40 amps is available per vehicle.
