RFP: Lease Opportunity for the Airport Office Building (AOB)

The Truckee Tahoe Airport District has released a Request for Proposals (RFP 2025-04) for the lease of the Airport Office Building, a 10,800 sq ft Class-A office facility located near the terminal entrance. The District is conducting an open, fair, and transparent process for all interested parties. The RFP opens December 11, 2025 and closes January 16, 2026.
