Join the Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 1073 for a morning of flying, learning, and community on Saturday, May 9. This month’s gathering features a Young Eagles flight rally for local youth, including a short preflight presentation and introductory flights in small groups throughout the morning. It’s also a great chance to check out the new Truckee Tahoe Airport Aeronautical Learning Center in action, with simulators and hands-on aviation exposure for the next generation.

Location: Truckee Tahoe Airport Multiuse Aviation Facility (next to the children’s park)
Notes: Coffee, juice, water, and donuts provided. Red Truck opens at 9:00am. Parents are encouraged to arrive early for flight group scheduling.
