The Truckee Tahoe Airport District (District) is looking to establish a 3-year contract with a contractor or a company for on-call fuels reduction on airport properties. The required method of fuels reduction shall be mechanical mastication and hand work. The District has multiple properties within the Truckee and Tahoe area that may need this work provided. The Truckee Tahoe Airport District launched a pilot Hangar Revitalization program in 2023 upfitting five hangars. The revitalization includes resurfaced concrete flooring, upgraded energy efficient LED lighting, a hanging snow shovel, Keep Clear striping, a Hazmat/Flammables Locker, an oily rag container, and spill mats.
