Walk into the Truckee Tahoe Airport’s main terminal building and you’ll immediately notice the captivating, eclectic and inspiring artwork hanging on its walls.  “Art At The Airport”, is a program developed by artist and Truckee resident Carole Sesko to showcase amazing local artistic talent. The Summer-Fall Art Show (July 18 - October 16, 2023) includes works by local artists Marcial Reiley, Brooke Aruffo, and Hope Huber. For more info visit: Art at the Airport

Your Truckee Tahoe Airport supports regional wildfire fighting efforts and provides firefighting aircraft and crew staging and rest areas, command center facilities, and supplies aircraft services when needed. A Sikorsky S61-A owned by Croman Corporation out of Oregon, and contracted by the USFS for fire season operations is based at KTRK.
