All airport users are invited to an Airfield Operations Forum "AOF" meeting on Tuesday, June 20th from 13:00 to 15:00 in the terminal building community room.  Join airport senior staff for brief overviews of operational impacts through the summer on: Flight Procedures, ATC, Hangars, Construction, Facility-Updates, Safety & Security, and Runway closures.  Your feedback is welcomed.

The CTA is a regional public-private partnership of local governments, special districts, community organizations, businesses, and individuals committed to collaboration, innovation, and accountability through a governing body and shared vision for the North Tahoe-Truckee community to achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2045!  The Truckee Tahoe Airport is a founding member and supporter of the Climate Transformation Alliance (CTA), launched in July 2022.  Click post heading for more info.

Your Truckee Tahoe Airport District has partnered with the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation in sponsoring an Aviation / STEM higher education degree or vocational career-path scholarship program. Twelve years ago, the Truckee Tahoe Airport sought ways to engage local youth. When they approached the Truckee's Civil Air Patrol (CAP) for assistance, Lt. Col. Ken Aronson, a dedicated CAP volunteer who was then commander of the Tahoe Truckee Squadron, immediately came to mind. Today, Ken and his wife, 2nd Lt.
